Transitional arrangements invoices will remain in 2015 – Mad Money

Taxpayers exempt from VAT will continue to benefit over 2015, the transitional regime that allows them to declare their turnover to the Tax and Customs Authority of the printed paper.

The transitional regime was created in 2013, when it kicked our billing system and will be continued for the next year, according to a published decree on Monday the “Official Gazette”.

At stake are economic agents in short supply, particularly those who have organized accounting or an annual sales volume of less than 10,000 euros. Also exempt from the electronic submission are taxpayers who have not passed more than 10 bills in the month to which it relates to the statement.

For this group of taxpayers thus continues to be only mandatory to send AT a paper statement containing the information relating to the first and last invoice of each series, issued in the period referred to the statement and to communicate how the NIF issued with the purchaser.

From January 2013 economic agents began to be obliged to issue invoice on all transactions and proceed to dispatch them to the AT by the 25th day of the month following
