BPI shares suspended by the CMVM to the disclosure of “relevant information” – LUSA

The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) decided today the suspension of negotiations of the BIS shares until the bank provides information to the market.

The Board of management of the CMVM “decided to suspend the trading of Banco BPI shares until the disclosure of material information about the issuer,” reads the statement from the regulator to the market this morning, before the opening of the bag.

On Monday BPI closed to rise 2.8% to 1.32 euros.
