Air France canceled three of the five flights that should hold on Thursday to Lisbon due to strike seven days called by the unions of the cabin crew.

Air France indicated in a statement that 36% of cabin crew will be on strike on Thursday.

Air France also said it may have to reduce the number passengers on some planes there hostesses or flight attendants on strike and that there may also be cancellations and last-minute delays.

the strike is expected to last until August 2 and at the center of labor dispute is the negotiation of the collective agreement, with the current to expire in October and the company’s management to want to extend it for another 17 months, a period that sector unions consider “inadequate”.
