Purchase of Yahoo by Verizon to be announced Monday – Jornal de Negócios – Portugal

Verizon has managed to ensure the acquisition of Yahoo, for 4.8 billion dollars (about 4.37 billion euros), advances to Bloomberg, which cites directly source familiar business.

The offer must be announced before the opening of uS markets.
