Consumer inflation rises by 0.2% in the previous October against September in Germany – State of Minas

Frankfurt, 28 – The consumer price index (CPI, the acronym in English) in Germany rose 0.2% in the preliminary October in comparison with the previous month, according to official data released on Friday. The result exceeded the expectations of analysts heard by the Wall Street Journal, high of 0.1%.In the annual comparison, the CPI advanced by 0.8% in the prior October. In this case, the number coincided with the forecast.

THE CPI harmonised for the European Union rose 0.2% on the month and 0.7% in the annual comparison in the preliminary of October. These numbers also came in as expected by economists. Source: Dow Jones Newswires.
