According to the US company, the Chinese government agency “accepted” his rectification plan to continue to operate in China.

As part of the new measures included in this plan, the company announced it will offer licenses for its 3G patents in China and 4G separately from the license other patents.

As a result of the sanction, Qualcomm estimates that their profits leave harmed this fiscal year.

Investigations against Qualcomm began last year and marked an antitrust campaign carried out by the Chinese authorities which also affected other foreign companies like BMW, Chrysler, Daimler Benz and Audi.
