Validation of invoices for VAT deduction ends this Sunday – publico

                 
                 

 
                         

Taxpayers have until today to validate the Portal of Finance invoices for services of the four sectors that pay a tax benefit for IRS.

                     

                          For the second consecutive year in 2014, a tax benefit for IRS was given (tax personal income) for consumers who request bills with the tax identification number in four specific sectors: housing, restoration, auto repair and hairdressing.

These taxpayers may deduct in IRS 15% of the amount of VAT (Tax Adding Value) up to a maximum of 250 euros, and the value this benefit determined by the Tax and Customs Authority, on the basis of invoices that is communicated either by economic agents or by the buyers.

The deadline for taxpayers validate the 2014 bills on the Portal of Finance ends today , and the outstanding documents that are not validated during the day will not count for the tax benefit.
