At 24, Spiegel is the youngest billionaire in the annual Forbes list, which was published on Monday 46 and where (a new record) of the registered are less than 40 years. On this list are back Portuguese Américo Amorim, Belmiro de Azevedo and Alexandre Soares dos Santos, who however declined their positions in the ranking for global position number 369 (267 in 2014), 949 (687) and 1054 (609).
Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, is again considered the richest man in the world, a status that has enjoyed the past 16 years, with a fortune valued at 79,200 million dollars. Here are the Mexican Carlos Slim and the American Warren Buffett, who regained third place, relegating the Spanish Amancio Ortega, owner of Inditex, for the fourth position. The US investor was the man who won more money compared to 2014, thanks to the appreciation of the shares of Berkshire Hathaway, the conglomerate through which manages holdings in companies such as Coca-Cola, Mars, or American Express. The fortune of Warren Buffet gained about 14.5 billion dollars, to 72,7 billion.
But there was more to appreciate who this year. The man who created Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, rose five places in the ranking , for 16th place, meeting for the first time in the exclusive club of the 20 richest. In this list there are 290 entrants, of which 71 come from China. Jack Ma, the founder of the giant e-commerce Alibaba (who starred in the largest entry ever bag) and three other Chinese entrepreneurs are in the group of those who earned more money compared to 2014, appearing in the selection of the 50 richest.
Also included in the list of 2015 the founders of the controversial Uber shuttle service, Travis Kalanick and Garrett Camp, and the first employee of these, Ryan Graves. Elizabeth Holmes, owner of blood testing company Theranos debuts as the self-made woman younger, with only 31 years. All are part of the list of 23 new billionaires who Silicon Valey gave the world, making California the location of the land with more billionaires on earth.
A different route to Russia that, from one year to the other lost precisely 23 billionaires, leaving only 88.
According to Forbes, in 1191 the list members built their fortune, but 230 inherited it. Other 405 inherited a part, but are working to strengthen their assets.
