Lisbon will have two new tunnels by 2019 to combat flooding – Daily News – Lisbon

The Council of Lisbon today announced it will build up to 2019 tunnels between Santa Apolonia and Monsanto and between Chelas and Blessed to combat flooding in the city, an investment of 170 million euros.
