A source told the PressTUR the company already has an increase of more than five thousand reservations for 26 and for 31 are more about 3300.
Only these two days TAP already has more than 50% of the approximately 14.5 reserves for the period 27-30 who fell from the 11th, it was announced the notice of strike and where had approximately 128,500 bookings.
The same source also advanced that have increased the reserves for 25 days (more about 1800) and 1 January (more about 1300).
The open question is how far TAP still has more capacity to accommodate more reserves.
The 26th is where this issue is more pressing since it is already with an occupancy rate of around 86%, with all used on flights to Brazil and close to it on the links to the United States, with 92%, while for Europe is in the 86% and the islands at 79%.
Company sources expressed to PressTUR the expectation that the arbitral tribunal that wi ll decide the minimum services has, this time, an approach more in line with what happens in other markets, particularly in neighboring Spain, where Iberia always is guaranteed since more than half of their operation.
The question, however, is ‘trapped’ of what will be the decision of the Cabinet tomorrow, is chosen even by the civil requisition, which has been ‘grounded’ by the Transport Secretary of State but is causing great concern in various sectors, because it is feared that many flights still not made, becoming ‘worst amendment that the sonnet’.
