The Commission for the Securities Market (CMVM) warned this Tuesday that the Private Bank Finantia is not authorised to exercise any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, advising investors who had a relationship with the entity to contact the regulator.
“THE CMVM clarifies that this entity uses a similar designation to that of Banco Finantia (…), a financial intermediary registered in the CMVM that is not the object of this communication or any manner, endorsed by the same”, he pointed out the advisor.
“All persons and entities that have established any business relationship with such entity, may contact the CMVM via the number 800205339 (green line), or by e-mail to cmvm@cmvm.pt” if you can read in the statement.
investors can consult on the official website of the CMVM, and the list of entities authorised to provide investment services in financial services, as well as the financial intermediaries authorised and qualified entities to provide financial services in Portugal under the regime of Free Provision of Services.
