Workers green receipt already well advanced with a complaint to the Ombudsman, asking that the Government take more time in order to change the levels of income they pay contributions.
The Social Security is giving only 10 days for this change and, for many precarious workers, the passage from one level to the other means paying 64 euros more each month. In Portugal there are about 800,000 self-employed.
