BCP pays 2,57 cents for the actions leftover from the merger until 8 November – Jornal de Negócios – Portugal

The Portuguese Commercial Bank (BCP) will pay 2,57 cents by the titles that are left from the merger of shares until November 8. It is at least that’s what the bank expects, according to admits in a statement through the website of the comissão do mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM).

“nevertheless the procedure does not depend solely of the issuer, but also of the financial intermediaries with which shareholders have registered their shares, it is the expectation of the BCP that, most of the shareholders will receive the consideration referred to above in their accounts by the 8th of November 2016,” notes the statement.
