In May 2015 there were 281,059 people in this condition, while there were 278,850 people in January 2009.
The data of the Social Security Institute show that more and more unemployed who have seen the subsidy come to an end without that meaning that they had found employment.
Among the factors behind this decrease are a reduction in the subsidy duration and tightening the criteria for access to support linked to lack of work.
