Fernando Pinto minimizes the strike impacts on the credibility of the TAP – Daily News – Lisbon

The chief executive of TAP praised the professionalism of workers in office during the strike and believes that after the stoppage the damage to the credibility of the company can be contained and customer confidence will be restored.

In letter to employees, the Lusa had access, Fernando Pinto recognizes “the enormous effort and professionalism” shown during the seven days of strike or by pilots who “have daily made possible most of the operation” of the company, either by all personnel involved in the various activities.
