Nine people were arrested Wednesday in a mega-operation with searches of PJ from Porto to several companies suspected of commercial textile sector of conspiracy, tax fraud and money laundering. The group is suspected to have damaged the state in tens of millions of euros in unpaid IRC and the improper receipt VAT, the Judiciary said in a statement.
Under the Farm Operation White , the PJ conducted 30 searches in companies linked to a large group of this economic chain store owner sector Fair of Fabrics has establishments spread across the country, confirmed Publico source of the Judiciary.
