Rui Horta e Costa resigned this Wednesday to the post of non-executive director of the CTT. The information was disclosed in a statement of the CTT, which reveals that Horta e Costa “communicated today to the company his resignation from the position of non-executive director of CTT, as well as its unavailability to the exercise of identical functions in the mandate 2017-2019, for personal reasons”.

according To the CM, Horta e Costa, who was

administrator of the resort Vale do Lobo, is suspected of having “fostered the payment of illicit of two million euros Armando’s Rod and Carlos Santos Silva, through a portion of the money not declared in the business of selling a plot of land in Vale do Lobo to the Dutch Sander van Gelder”.
