Sale of TAP ‘clean’ Parpública – Correio da Manhã

Corporate Group has revenue of 721 million euros in 2015.

The Parpública group made a profit of around EUR 721 million in 2015, a result for which greatly contributed to privatization of TAP. The report and 2015 accounts reported in the Securities Market Commission (CMVM) also highlights the restructuring of real estate and the positive results.

“For the positive net result observed, one of the best ever the company, contributed the sale of majority stake in TAP SGPS the Atlantic Gateway, with the consequent reversal of the accumulated provision (EUR 511 million) made to compensate for the negative equity that the company had been experiencing, “reads the document.

The group however received EUR 10 million from the Atlantic Gateway consortium for the sale of 61% of TAP, according to Lusa.
