CMTV increases revenue

14% growth in the first quarter.

The recipes CMTV (exclusive channel MEO, position 8) increased by 14% in the first quarter of this year to 1.7 million euros, announced yesterday Cofina in a statement sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).

Between January and March, group profit which holds the Morning Post , the Business Journal, the Record, to Saturday , the Flash and the TV Guide, among other titles, up 16.4% over the same period last year to one million euros.

Under the continuing market downturn, particularly in terms of advertising revenue, total operating revenue of the group fell 2.7% to Euro 23.4 million, and operating costs fell 2.8 % to 20.3 million euros.
