Government accepts to discuss maintenance of TAP in Portugal for 10 … – TSF Online

The memorandum signed by the Government and by the nine unions TAP desconvocaram that the planned strike for 27 to 30 December, the Lusa had access today, the Executive proposed the creation of a working group composed of members of both parties under the process of privatization of up to 66% of the company.

The unions of Economists, Engineers, Accountants, of Metallurgical Industries and Allied, the Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, the Civil Aviation Pilots, the Commercial Aviation Boards, the Airports Handling Technical and the National Union of Engineers announced today the early afternoon the desconvocação protest.

Hours later, the Economy Minister Pires de Lima, called the other three unions that have maintained the notice of strike to adhere to the working group, adding that “the only compromise” that the Government was taken not to publish the specifications of the privatization of TAP until January 15, the day the Council of Ministers must approve the document.
