If you do not want to receive subsidies in twelfths have until Friday to tell your boss – the Observer

If you are a worker in the private sector and do not want to receive the subsidies holiday and Christmas in twelfths, remember that you have until Friday to show up, along with your company, this will.

If you miss the date, then it is what is defined, by default, in the law: you will receive 50% of the holiday allowance before the start of the holiday period and the other 50% in twelfths throughout the year and 50% of the Christmas bonus until December 15, and the remaining half diluted throughout the year.

"The regime provided for in this article may be removed by the manifestation of the expressed will of the worker, the exercise within five days after the date of entry into force of this law", it reads in the Law of the State Budget for 2017, which came into force on 1 January.

Already public servants, which until now have received the Christmas bonus diluted by 12 months, will receive half of the allowance of Christmas in twelfths, and the other half in full in November or December (in case of pensioners of Social Security). Only from 2018, the Christmas bonus will be paid in full.
