What is Haitong, the new owner of BESI? – Business Journal – Portugal

Haitong International Holdings Limited enters Europe and the Americas, as well as in India, through the acquisition of BESI to New Bank.

Haitong International Holdings Limited, which bought BESI, is headquartered in Hong Kong and is 100% owned by Haitong Securities, a company listed in Shanghai and Hong Bags Kong. The management of the New Bank announced on Monday, December 8th holiday, which sold all of BESI to Haitong International Holdings Limited for 379 million euros, equivalent to the estimated net asset value.
