The accumulated deficit up to October of the Government (AP) decreased by 357 million euros over the same period, underlining the improvement observed until September.
In a statement now released by the Ministry of Finance may still read that “this performance results from the increase of 1.7% of revenue, higher than the growth of 1.1% of the expense”. In the same document refers that “the fourth quarter starts with prospects positive ahead of the budget, giving continuity to the good news concerning the economic growth in the third quarter, by 0.8%, on a chain.
The Ministry of Finance stresses that until October, the deficit stood at 4 to 430 million euros, “representing 80,7% predicted for the year, when the 2015 had a value close to the annual deficit”.
The primary surplus of the public administrations was 3-118 to ME, an improvement of 683 ME in the face of 2015.
