Express and TVI show that ES Enterprise, used as a blue bag GES for payments outside the official circuit, consists of Panama Papers . One of these names is that of Ricardo Salgado, who moved funds through the South American state.

The existence of ES Enterprise was first reported by the PUBLIC to November 7, 2014 (and 12 / 12/2014) in the context of an investigation which concluded that for several years the Espírito Santo Group (GES) used this vehicle to make “extra payments” and “undocumented”. The transiting funds between financial centers, including Switzerland, Luxembourg, Miami and Panama.

In Miami BES and BES in Panama, one of the figures that made the articulation of BES operations in these geographies was Jorge Holy Spirit, core GES group. The other was the accountant Machado da Cruz, Ricardo Salgado accused of having helped hide ESI debt worth 1,300 million euros.
