The old hospital, which opened in 1806, was deactivated in late 2012, with the exception of a single service (hyperbaric chambers) ended last year. The property, with seven floors and a building area of about 15,000 square meters, occupies a plot with 4533 square meters and was the square for 12 million euros, is awarded to a French investor not identified, for an amount that exceeds the base bidding at auction for close to 50%.
