Moody’s and Fitch placed Bayer’s debt rating on negative review – Jornal de Negócios – Portugal

The agencies ‘rating’ Moody’s and Fitch placed the debt rating of the German pharmaceutical group Bayer (A3) in negative review after the offer launched Monsanto.

Moody’s reported that the classification review will also affect the US Bayer Finance branches, Bayer Capital Corporation, Bayer Corporation, Bayer Holding and Bayer Nordic.
