Two former ministers of the PS government, Mr Vitorino and Luis Campos e Cunha will become part of the administration of Santander Totta, as non-executive directors, after the general meeting of 31 May, which will re-elect Antonio Vieira Monteiro as President, according to the proposal published on the CMVM’s website on Monday, and whose names the Observer reported in advance.
the list brings even as new entry of two more women to the board, who join Isabel Mota, former secretary of State of Cavaco Silva, who will be re-elected non- executive director. The two premiers are Inês Oom de Sousa, current head of Vieira Monteiro’s office, which will have executive duties and Remedios Ruiz, director of Santander with responsibilities in the areas of supervision and risk, which is expected to remain as non-executive .
