Members of the CDS-PP Nuno Magalhães, elected by the circle of Setubal, and Vania Dias da Silva, the Committee on Constitutional Affairs, Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees, questioned the tutelage of the Citizen Shops facility in Almada and Seixal.
in questions submitted to the Minister of the Presidency and Administrative Modernization, centrist deputies want to know what the identified reasons for the installation of Citizen Shops in the municipalities of Almada and Seixal has not yet been possible.
with regard to Seixal, CDS-PP MEPs also asks what steps will the tutelage take so that the installation can be achieved soon, and even if there has been from the collaboration autarchy in to order find an appropriate and rapid solution to fill this gap.
as for the Almada, the questions focus on whether the Minister is aware of the aspirations and concerns expressed by Almada county population, the installation of the indecision of a Citizen store in the county and, if so, what steps will the government take to solve the problem.
Nuno Magalhães and Vania Dias da Silva point out that the provision of public services by the state to the people should follow the path of modernization, taking into account the needs of the population and providing the same one easy and unbureaucratic access.
This same access should be considered and addressed in order to provide greater comfort and convenience of their users. It is therefore practical and facilitator for the citizen, the existence of a space where are concentrated a set of utilities and several private entities, aiming to facilitate the relationship between citizens and businesses with the Public Administration.
Citizen shop makes it possible to the user a set of benefits that allows you to maximize costs or in relation to time dispensed in terms of displacement, as have at their disposal a range of services both physical and digital. And also enables the State to the concentration of services in one place where they share resources, infrastructure and platforms, is enhancer for greater efficiency and significant cost savings for the same
