Every country has Sunday risk “Very high” exposure to ultraviolet radiation, according to the Sea Portuguese Institute and the Atmosphere (IPMA), which advises people to avoid children’s exposure to the sun.
in the case of “Very High” risk, IPMA recommends using sunglasses with UV filter, hat, ‘t-shirts, umbrella and sunscreen, as well as counseling to avoid exposure of children to sun.
All districts in the country have this risk “Very High”, and the entire Autonomous Region of Madeira and the crushing of the Azores with the exception of the third.
UV indices ranging from less than 2, wherein the UV is ‘down’, 3 to 5 ( ‘Moderate’), 6 to 7 ( ‘High’), 8 to 10 ( ‘Very High’) is greater than 11 ( ‘Far’).
