Chinese exports grew 6.1% in 2014 – RTP


 

 

 The result is due to the small increase in imports, which grew only 0.4% compared to 2013.
 

 According to the source, the European Union remained China’s largest trading partner, followed by the United States of America and the Association of Southeast Asian States (ASEAN).
 

 Trade with the European Union increased by 8.9% in 2014 to 3.78 billion yuan (521,300 million) and the United States 5.4%, to 3.41 billion yuan (470,300 million euros).
 

 With Japan, the fourth largest trading partner of China, trade decreased by 1% compared to 2013, to 1.92 billion yuan (264,800 million).
 

 World economy, China is also the world’s largest exporter.
