In a statement, the Bank of Greece stresses that they are “not correct” the information that appeared in the media, according to which the European Central Bank (ECB) could provide liquidity to Greek banks before the January 25 elections.
The Greek central bank also stressed that the ECB is offering credit lines to countries subject to redemption since 2010, something that has not changed.
