The institution led by José Maria Ricciardi issued a statement which says it has recorded a profit of EUR 2.4 million in the first three months of the year. Last year, profits were 10 million.
The BES Investimento (BESI) issued a statement this Wednesday, April 15, which reveals which were its results for the first quarter of 2015, without detailing the income statement.
BESI closed the first quarter with a profit of 2.4 million euros, a value which is 76% below 10 million from profits in the same period last year, according to data provided by an official source of BESI to Business.
BESI also shows that the operating profit was EUR 9 million, which represents a decrease of 81.6% compared to 49 million in the first quarter of 2014.
Operating income was 44 million euros, 51% less than the 90 million achieved in 2014, and operating costs were 35 million euros, which also corresponds to a decrease of 14.6% over the first quarter last year (41 million).
