Fuel consumption increases in 2015
diesel consumption increases 3.8% and gasoline rises 0.9% until March.
The diesel consumption increased by 3.8% in the first three months of 2015 over the same period, while gasoline rose 0 , 9%, maintaining the trend of recovery in demand.
In March, the consumption of gasoline and diesel increased by 0.9 and 3.1% respectively over the same month last year, still so the average consumption was 2% lower than in 2012, according to the monthly report of the National Authority for the Fuel Market (TNGC).
The average selling price of the diesel at the pump decreased 11.4% due to the reduction in price 24.6% before taxes and fees, partially offset by 8.1% for the contribution of road service and with added by CO2 emissions.
