The Pharol, former PT SGPS, will go ahead with proceedings against former managers for applications in Rioforte.

 
                 

After the shareholders approve the proposal by a large majority, with about 11,000 votes against, said one of the meeting participants.

 
 

The shareholders of Pharol (43% of the capital represented) gathered this afternoon in Lisbon in the general meeting of shareholders to vote on the proposal of the Board of Directors to place a responsibility action against former managers of the company due to investments in Rioforte, Espírito Santo Group (GES).
