Macau group invests in tourism in Setúbal – Express

The Macau Legend, the Macau businessman David Chow, will invest 250 million euros in a tourist project that involves the construction of a resort and may include entry into the capital of Troy Casino, owned by Oxy Capital and the Amorim Turismo, reports today the “public”.

This is the first investment of Macau Legend in Portugal (and in Europe) and the expectation of Setúbal House is that construction start in 2017. initially, the project will generate three thousand jobs.

According to the president of Setúbal House, quoted by the “public” investment in Portugal is authorized by the Chinese Government and is being accompanied by the Portuguese Government, with whom David Chow has met in Lisbon. The project will be implemented in two phases the first, amounting to 150 million euros, includes the construction of the marina, the hotel-casino, the apartment and new facilities for the Clube Naval Setubalense (CNS) and is the beginning of a deep transformation of that part of the city.
