The price of petrol and diesel will suffer a drop in next Monday. However, i realize the newspaper, this decline will be ‘compensated’ by a tax increase. In practice, the amount paid by motorists will be higher than that observed in late 2014.

Note that, at European level, Portugal is the 17th country with the highest prices in gasoline and the 10th of the price charged by the diesel.
