Kia GT is designed for those who before it was the BMW M – the Observer

With presentation scheduled for the Auto Salon Detroit, which will take place already in January, the future sports sedan rear-wheel-drive Kia, up here known as GT, will be entitled to a specific site, where there will be a countdown to the unveiling of the official model.

Still in many aspects in the secret of the gods, the model – which will be the flagship of the brand’s south Korean – inspired by the concept Kia GT unveiled in 2011, and that has based on a shortened version of the platform used on the Hyundai Genesis.

The new sports sedan rear-wheel-drive has been developed by the team led by chief engineer Albert Biermann, ex-BMW 'M', today to work in the new division of the performance of Hyundai, the so called 'N'.

However, the Kia has revealed a video that shows his new car to accelerate on the Nordschleife, the full circuit of the Nürburgring, with the speedometer dial 244 km/h.
