BCP and Mota-Engil pull the bag on day of gains – Express

The Exchange Lisbon took off the week in positive territory, with the PSI 20 to value 0.10%, following the trend of the main European markets. Mota-Engil and BCP are the companies that go up. The construction company recorded a gain of 1.91% and BCP 1.67%.

The possibility of Chinese Fosun become shareholder of BCP, with an entrance through a capital increase reserved has been animate the bank led by Nuno Amado. The Fosun, owner of Loyalty, wants to be 16.7% of the capital, admitting reach 30%. It would be a way to inject fresh money in BCP. The president of Fosun Guo Guangchang, was in Lisbon last week and one of the issues was to address was entered in the BCP, an operation which is still under negotiation and it needs to pass the scrutiny of regulators.

Lively is also Enfil Mota. Mota family construction company is benefiting from the announcement that Ardian French will buy for 600 million euros, shares of Ascendi dealership, owned by Mota-Engil and the New Bank.

High and gains greater than one percent is Semapa (+ 1.65%) and Sonae (+ 1.07%). On the negative emphasis on Pharol, with a decline of 1.78%. Which owns 27% of Hi, the Pharol is being penalized by the judicial recovery process of the Brazilian operator, with higher debt to 65 billion reais.
