Fire Owners of destroyed homes in Madeira exempt from IMI – Jornal de Negócios – Portugal

In the note, the Madeira government department says the owners “whose house was completely destroyed by fire should contact the Tax Authority and Tax Madeira Affairs for the purposes of IMI exemption.”

This secretariat also issued another statement, recalling that there is a Fire Emergency Line, with the number 926768743, which “can be used by the population for the purpose of information and referral on resettlement processes, reconstruction and social support.”
