From 5 to August 6, at midnight, there is a fire fireworks show launched from the Tagus River.
The Municipality of Almada and APORVELA – Portuguese Association of Sail Training presented yesterday, July 25, aboard the sailboat Vera Cruz, the commemorative event of the 50th anniversary of the April 25 Bridge, which will be held in Cacilhas between ae August 6.
Inaugurated on August 6, 1966, “the bridge remains a binding extraordinary vehicle and development”, said Joaquim Judas, president of Almada City Council at the press conference.

on the morning of August 4th arrive three sailboats Cacilhas, who join the frigate D. Fernando II e Glória, and that can be visited freely for two days.
On 4 and 5 August Cacilhas concentrates lots of entertainment, street food and music.
