Tens of people who, by 20h55, met at the headquarters of António Costa for election night PS shouted victory and urged the Mayor of Lisbon after the announcement of the resignation of Insurance.
“Victory” and “Long live the PS! ” were some of the songs rendered by the attendees, who followed the news on television that António José Seguro, Costa opponent in the primaries of the party today, announced his resignation as general secretary of the PS.
The Mayor of Lisbon, Antonio Costa, said on Sunday that the outcome of the party primaries are clear and unambiguous.
The candidate arrived by 20:30 the Lisbon Forum and received a carnation daughter Catherine. Out of the car as the expression of victory, accompanied by his wife and son Thaddeus Fernanda Pedro Costa.
