The Novabase SGPS will sell the business Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) to Vinci Energies for 38.4 million euros. The operation waits for the authorizations usual and should be completed within a few months, according to the statement sent Thursday to the Commission for the Securities Market (CMVM).

The business of IMS Novabase has resulted in the purchase of a department of the General Electric, in 2003. Account with 400 employees and generated a revenue of 104 million euros in 2015.
The operation with the Vince Energies will be made through the sale of shares of the company Novabase IMS, and two new societies, to whom shall be transferred the business IMS currently developed by Novabase Digital TV and Novabase Services.
