Vinci insists. Purchase Novabase business infrastructure by 38 million – Express

The Novabase SGPS will sell the business Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) to Vinci Energies for 38.4 million euros. The operation waits for the authorizations usual and should be completed within a few months, according to the statement sent Thursday to the Commission for the Securities Market (CMVM).

The operation with the Vince Energies will be made through the sale of shares of the company Novabase IMS, and two new societies, to whom shall be transferred the business IMS currently developed by Novabase Digital TV and Novabase Services.

According to Vinci Energies of this acquisition to the Company “is the opportunity to enlarge the geographical coverage in Europe and Africa and to strengthen the portfolio of solutions-Axians".
